MESSAGE FROM ASSOCIATION HEAD
Our Association start Home based follow up service routinely for 30 cronic illness patients, from the above clients 10 of them are taking follow up service on site , other 20 patients are taking Home based follow up service by our volunteer skilled Health professionals.
From the above information 10 clients are Diabetic patients, and 6 Hypertensive patients, 2 both diabetic and Hypertensive patients, and 2 Asthmatic patients are starting Home based follow up service from our volunteer Health professionals. From our onsite follow up registered client 2of theme are Heart related patients, 5 Hypertensive patients and 3 diabetic patients
Home based Healthcare service and follow up by the Association skilled health professionals makes impressive results according to we gather from some of our nearest observer. they mentioned by this our starting 2 months service history. And informally we register 65 old age and cronic illness patients .35 of them Need to get this service by paying fee for the Association. The others 30 clients needed our help to get service. If we get some fund we’ll start our investigation immediately.
On another hand with in this 2 months observation some of our clients needed critical care and nutritional support .also from our regular clients 2 Heart related diseases patients are needed our help to get their monthly used medication. Really it touched our hearts Because our community faces deep rooted problems due to scarcity of finance, although in addition to that they didn’t get nutritional diets and medications. Lack of Sanitation and inadequate water availability is also some of our community problems .
To address this challenges and problems our volunteer Association needs your help. and we invite you to stand beside us and let’s help our communities together.
